Our Services
Core Lawn Maintenance
We offer comprehensive lawn maintenance services throughout the year. Our peak season (March to November) plan, Thrive, is available on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. During the cooler months (December to February), our light-touch upkeep plan, Tend, provides monthly visits to keep your lawn healthy while turf growth is minimal.
Our pricing is transparent and truly instant. We automatically transition all customers between both plans and send reminders a month in advance, eliminating any extra effort from you. Both plans offer optional add-on services to customize them to your specific property’s needs. Each Thrive or Tend lawn maintenance visit includes:

Cut grass to the recommended height for the specific grass species to maintain optimal turf health.
Prevent scalping and excessive weed growth by following best practices.
Key Considerations: Warm-season grasses, like Bermuda or Zoysia, can need mowing every 1–7 days. St. Augustine typically 4–7 days. Weekly mowing is strongly recommended to effectively inhibit weed growth and minimize thatch buildup, and also comes with a discounted service rate.

Define clean lines between lawn and non-lawn surfaces to keep overgrowth in check.
Key Considerations: A consistent trimming schedule not only eliminates weeds but also prevents their spread, overgrowth, and maintains a tidy appearance.

Prevent grass from creeping onto hard surfaces for a polished, manicured look.
Key Considerations: Although edging is not as frequent as trimming, it should be done regularly to maintain a clean edge that’s a few inches deep.

Leave your property neat and presentable with minimal effort on your end.
Key Considerations: Blowing with every service visit is crucial to prevent thatch buildup and reduce the risk of fungal diseases by removing damp leaves and debris.
Add-On Lawn Maintenance Services
Optional add-on lawn maintenance services offered only to active Thrive or Tend clients and performed during, or in addition to, scheduled lawn maintenance visits.
Bed Weed Maintenance: Premium hand‑weeding service for rock, mulch, or soil beds offered from March to November and performed during scheduled service visits.
Enhanced Leaf Maintenance: Seasonal bi-weekly leaf maintenance service offered from October to March to prevent leaf buildup for heavy‑canopy properties. Leaves are blown, raked, and bagged curbside (haul‑off extra).
